Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for the King Fahd University Scholarship 2023:

An international student from anywhere in the world may apply.
The applicant must be enrolled in a Ph.D. program and have received a Master’s, Masters of Science, or Master of Philosophy degree from an accredited university.
The applicant must have an excellent academic record because their GPA must be at least 3.0/4.
IELTS/ TOEFL is required to apply.
GRE (General Graduate Record Examination) is required for admission.
Three letters of recommendation from the university.
