Moroccan Government Scholarships 2023-24 for Pakistani Students:
For the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarships 2023–2024, applications are invited in Morocco. The Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (AMCI) is offering fully funded scholarships for Morocco for the academic year 2023. All Pakistani students who wish to pursue a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Morocco are urged to submit an application. The Moroccan Government HEC Scholarship is fully funded for the 2023–2024 academic year.
In Moroccan universities, almost all academic fields are offered, including medicine, engineering, and agriculture. The full expense of studying abroad will be covered by the scholarship.
The Kingdom of Morocco is offering scholarships to Pakistani students who want to register in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. The Higher Education Commission Islamabad would not bear any additional financial obligations because the Moroccan government is providing this scholarship.

For undergraduate and graduate degree programs, the HEC Moroccan Government Scholarships 2023–24 is a fully funded scholarship program for Pakistani students. The scholarship coverage details are shown below:

Eligibility Criteria:
The following requirements must be met in order to be eligible to apply for a HEC Moroccan Government Scholarships online:
- Be a citizen of Pakistan or the AJK and a resident there permanently. Dual citizenship is not permitted.
- By the start of the academic year in September or October 2024, the chosen scholar must be able to begin his or her academic studies in Moroccan universities.
- 12 years of schooling at the very least (FSC/ A-levels) are required for undergraduate study. 19 to 23 years old.
- For the Master’s program, a minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant areas of study.
- Admission to a PhD program at a Moroccan institution in the appropriate subject of study requires at least 18 years of study in that discipline.
- The applicant must not be receiving any other scholarships at the moment.
- In addition, applicants must meet any other standards established by the relevant Moroccan university.
- The applicant cannot have previously had their citizenship in the Kingdom of Morocco revoked owing to any criminal behavior.
- French is the primary language of communication, thus anyone who doesn’t speak it well enough needs to complete a language upgrading course during the first academic year before they may participate in a degree program. In a language instruction, repetition is not permitted. Applicants for linguistic disciplines, Arabic literature, and Islamic studies must study Arabic because these subjects are taught in Arabic.
Documents Required:
It is not necessary to provide these papers while applying online. Only applicants who have been shortlisted must submit these files. Try to create these documents, then:
- A copy of the HEC application form, signed.
- Certified copies of all academic records.
- CNIC copy.
- Motivational letter for the candidate.
- Documents attesting to the applicant’s engagement in extracurricular activities and voluntary work, as well as their exceptional academic achievements.
- Letter of reference emphasizing the characteristics of the candidate.
- The proposal for the doctorate thesis as well as the dissertation/ thesis written for the Master’s degree are created for doctoral students.
- A police clearance certificate (non-criminal record) that was issued no more than six months prior to the application deadline.
- Each applicant must provide a medical certificate attesting to his/ her good health. a notarized declaration from a doctor stating the applicant is free of illnesses such as AIDS, Hepatitis A, B, and C, as well as any other epidemic ailments.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the applicant’s employer will be needed in the event of employment.
