MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
To effectively manage and oversee a variety of tasks as part of flydubai’s commercial development plan. Establishing and promoting the Emirates Skywards program as a vital component of Flydubai’s customer loyalty will be the main goal. Every day, this role will act as a vital point of contact for the Emirates Skywards team and different internal flydubai stakeholders. The position will also be in charge of assisting with the coordination of all pertinent tasks associated with the establishment of frequent flyer alliances with other airline loyalty programs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work together with flydubai’s commercial teams and stakeholders to create an annual tactical marketing calendar for the Emirates Skywards initiative. In line with flydubai’s commercial strategy and customer loyalty goals, this entails focusing on passengers both network-wide and at the point of sale.
- Determine which Emirates Skywards program characteristics are pertinent to flydubai’s business strategy. Develop and execute these functionalities in close collaboration with the Emirates Skywards team and flydubai’s IT team across all flydubai channels and touchpoints.
- Assure efficient internal dissemination of the benefits and updates of the Emirates Skywards program to all pertinent flydubai departments and interested parties on a regular basis.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Emirates Skywards team and flydubai’s internal departments and stakeholders to manage daily requirements and guarantee seamless program coordination.
- In close collaboration with the Emirates Skywards team, plan, organize, and supervise the implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives tailored for flydubai customers.
- Send out campaign reports on time, and analyze data to gauge the success of the intended passenger-focused promotions.
- Create essential tracking metrics and oversee the procedure to track the performance of flydubai’s Emirates Skywards program collaboration against predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate and carry out a range of commercial and technical projects as part of flydubai’s goal for forming loyalty relationships with other airline loyalty programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Flydubai Careers 2024
- Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience

- Preferred No. of Years (without Bachelor’s Degree) – 10
- Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience of working preferably in an airline frequent flyer team or a non-airline loyalty program set up.
